This is your chance to have a session with me at no cost, simply by being part of our content creation and marketing materials.

Plus, I also will give you a few full sized, retouched photos from the session in return for your permission to share the content created along with your honest feelings about the experience.

There will be multiple cameras taking both video and photos. Are you comfortable with both Video and photos being taken during the session?

Images from your sessions may be displayed without retouching, as before and after examples or shot in a way that shows off the female body, bumps, marks, and all. In other words, we may post images that YOU DO NOT PERSONALLY LIKE (in a positive way), are you comfortable with that?

There may be multiple interviews that you are required to complete. These interviews are used to produce our marketing content and will be performed before, during and after your session as well as during your image debut.

Do you understand that any images taken during the session may be shared, uncensored, publicly?

Do you have any legal obligations or otherwise that would prevent you from having your images shared. (IE some employers have a clause in their contracts, IE teachers, Law enforcement etc.)

Do you understand that once the contract is signed and the session completed all of the video, images and content associated with the session will belong solely to Crystalized Photography to be used as seen fit for any marketing or content needs
